=== DONNING ===
  1. Grab unit and pull forward if on platform
  2. Bend into the unit
  3. Put left hand in
  4. Then right and then shrug unit on
  5. Stand straight with the unit on
  6. Slip on arm band and computer
start attaching things from the top down
  1. Attach canister to right shoulder dring (get it out of the way)
  2. Lpi
  3. Mav
  4. Attach Canister bungees to each other
  5. Waist strap - make sure the counter lung is not stuck under the waist strap
  6. Attach crotch strap
  7. Attach bungees to waist buckle to make the wing snug
  8. Clip cylinders to waist sliding d-rings - only bottom clip
start with short hose
  1. Turn on tank
  2. Short hose comes lose
  3. Lpi to mav is looped around the hose retainer band
  4. Connect lpi to mav
  5. Bungee the cylinder
  6. Put short hose on properly
  7. Connect lpi
next the long hose
  1. Turn on tank
  2. Take the lpi out of the lower retainer
  3. connect it to the adv
  4. Bend it back into the hose retainers to keep it out of the way
  5. Connect bungee
  6. Put on the long hose
  7. Attach drysuit
=== DOFFING ===
Start with long hose
  1. remove bungee
  2. Remove drysuit
  3. Unplug adv and stash lpi
  4. Stash long hose
Next the short hose
  1. Remove short hose
  2. Unplug wing inflator
  3. Remove bungee
  4. Unplug mav
  5. Stash lpi
removing unit: start from the top down
  1. Remove computer and arm band
  2. Clip it to the shoulder dring with the spare double ender
  3. Unclip lpi clip it to wing waist bungee (left)
  4. Unclip canister bungees
  5. Remove waist bungee
  6. Unbuckle waist and remove crotch strap
  7. Pull one shoulder out
  8. Remove unit
  9. Place standing on canisters
  10. rinse the unit with fresh water
  11. Take it to the tech room and make sure you place it standing on the canisters (gotta be careful that water doesn't reach the cells in case the unit is flooded)
=== DISMANTLING ===
  1. Remove loop and DAV
  2. Clean the loop with water properly or it will get nasty with the spit
  3. Remove clip on counterlung attachment of exhale canister
  4. Remove the canister from counter lung
  5. Remove top bolt snap
  6. Take the canister off
  7. Open the top
  8. Keep the head carefully with the mav somewhere dry
  9. Rinse the canister and filter
  10. Remove clip on counter lung attachment of inhale canister
  11. Remove canister from counterlung
  12. Remove boltsnap
  13. Take canister off
  14. Open the top
  15. Hang it so the cells have no chance of getting wet
  16. Rinse the canister and filter
  17. Place the canister to dry along with their filters
  18. Unplug the O2 tank
  19. Take off the counter lung and rinse it once every 6 hours of diving
  20. Hang the counterlung but the ring and the inlet hole from the inhale side so all the moisture settles in the exhale side
  21. This will avoid a nasty caustic cocktail in the mouth
